Replacement and Full Frame Windows

Windows can be broken into two very specific categories based on how they are installed. Both have very different benefits, though the end result of new windows is the same. First, "replacement windows" can be provided in vinyl or wood interior based on desired look. A custom sized replacement window is installed inside of your existing window frame. The interior and exterior frame and trim remains the same and a window is installed inside. The benefits to this process is cost of installation is less, your existing trim and paint work is undisturbed, you exterior remains unchanged, you increase the efficiency of the window unit. Second, "full frame" windows can also be provided in vinyl or wood interior. To install this type the old unit is removed down to the houses framing. Once we are down rough opening any water or rot damage can be addressed. The new brand custom sized window is then installed and squared properly, then insulated in the opening to add to the efficiency. New trim on the interior and exterior are installed to finish it off.
